About The Fabric
This fabric was created for U.Mi-1 by Nigerian artist Nike Davies-Okundaye. The cloth is indigo-dyed with natural plant-based dyes using a resist-dyeing technique. It is hand-made and incorporates indigenous Nigerian patterns and motifs. 100% Cotton
